Early check in or late check out with free of charge and upon availability.
If you prefer earlier check in, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate check in.
The free luggage storage room is available.

Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation or amendment is received before 3 days (before 72 hours) prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
- Any cancellation or amendment is received in 3 days ( after 72 hours) of arrival date, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.
- Failure to arrival at our hotel will be treated as No-show, 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged and hotel rooms are not guaranteed.
- No-show 100% of the first night room fee and prepaid payment will be charged.

Payment method:
- By cash.
- By Visa Card, Master Card and American Express plus 3% bank fee is applied.

Children and Extra beds:
Free: All children under 6 years stay free of charge when sharing beds.
Extra fee: Older child or adult is charged US$ 8 per person per night for an extra bed.

Pets: Not allowed.
